Your misunderstanding something. Lithuanian and Sanskrit do share some words, but as complete languages they are completely different. Lithuanian is known for being the closest living european language to Sanskrit simply because they share more words than other european languages & its the most archaic living Indo-European language. I'm sure there are other languages that are much closer in India & Bangladesh. Of course people are going to compile "dictionaries", its interesting for most Lithuanians to see the similarities as Lithuanian is quite an isolated language. From how you worded your comment, it seems like your trying to look down on Lithuanians for daring to think that they have anything to do with Sanskrit.
