The way he started by saying 5 star property and huge rooms... on a serious note anybody would have said "Man you need to get out of Kolkata, and see properties else where in India. This wont even qualify as a 2 star property", but yes on the other hand owning a bungalow/duplex in Kolkata is a matter of privilege as they are too expensive and very few are there, so the video somehow justifies his explanation.
This isn't even in proper Kolkata. Bungalow I can understand, but there's no shortage of multi storey independent houses in Kolkata. And they aren't as expensive as other Indian cities either.
