A good proportion will be 40% of the plot as covered area and 60% must be green area otherwise if you take 70 or 80% for construction then it is just a concrete grave. What kind of cooling and heating system it has. Is it central a/c and heating. What kind of roofing it is RCC or terracotta. What kind of insulation is there. Is it brick walls inside or drywalling. Is the floor tiled or wood or combination. Wiring and plumbing information. Is there a basement, if yes then what material is used from outside the basement to prevent seepage and dampness into the basement. How high are the ceiling both ground and first floor. Is there an attic? Paint used outside and inside?. Water heating system? Water supply is from bahria or your own? These are the main questions about construction not mashallah or beautiful blessed etc
