Rick is put in a difficult position when he pays a visit to Taylor to apologize about Phoebe. Stephanie continues her mission to seek justice for Phoebe’s death by pushing the police to conduct a further investigation. Fuel is added to Stephanie’s fire when Steffy provides further information about Rick. Seeing each other for the first time since the accident, Brooke and Ridge feel the tension between them because of the situation of their children. The tension becomes even more intense when Stephanie arrives.

I'm just wondering how slim Phoebe could have done all this in a very cramped car - grabbing the steering wheel and pushing down the accelerator pedal at the same time AND attack a man who is physically much stronger than she? Who are they going to tell that to?

it's interesting because grandma Stephanie knew about Rick's shenanigans and kept quiet after he confessed to her. She wanted Bridge to break up so she went along and didn't say a word.
It's been so great rewatching these episodes from baby Jack's storyline.

Every one of them and their reckless behavior is what killed Pheobe. And none of them owned their parts...all they wanted to do was point fingers.

Regardless of who lived, Phoebe would have still caused the accident. Stephanie like the hypocrite she is would have been shouting from the rooftops that it was an awful accident and she would have done anything legally and illegally to stop Phoebe from going to jail like she did with Ridge and Shane because no one in her family is to be held responsible for anything. Phoebe would have told the truth because I believe that is the type of person she is however the logans loved her and I don't believe they would have even tried to lock her up like what Stephanie is trying to do to Rick. All her speeches about a mother losing a child and siblings having to live without a brother would be out the window.

It's Rick's fault because of his actions and it's Phoebe fault because she wasn't wearing a seatbelt and she was attacking the driver while the car was in motion it's a bad set of circumstances any which way you cut it and there's plenty of fault to go around

Brooke is a pathological liar! Rick went after Phoebe twin little sister (Steffy) and kissed Steffy. Steffy slap the hell out of Rick and immediately told Phoebe and Phoebe got in Rick's car at Forrester Creations and kicked Rick's ass and asked him to pull over and stop the car instead Rick let go of the stern-wheel killing Phoebe!

So when Taylor’s drunk off her ass and hits poor Darla- she doesn’t need jail time? But when phoebe physically attacks Ric and puts her foot on the accelerator and yanks the steering wheel which then results in her own death...Ric should be sent to prison. Make it make sense Stephanie
Rick was on the road of revenge he attacks Ridge kisses Steffi I know don't forget he slept and was about to marry her mom he broke her heart her heart was shattered into pieces so don't you dare blame her for this she was trying to stop the car so don't you dare blame her for this.If any wants to blame is Rick he was going crazy to get revenge on Ridge. He is sick.
So you don’t actually watch the show, do you lol. Anyone coming around the bend at that time, in that fog, would have hit Darla as she lost her balance and fell in to the road. Taylor’s drinking wasn’t an actual causative factor, but was part of why everyone convinced Taylor to hide it. Try not to rewrite well established history
What Stephanie said to Brooke was horrible. Brooke isn't responsible for Phoebe's death. Lot of factors involved here.

Rick is at fault. He should have stopped the car but he didn't. He was driving erratically resulting in Phoebe's death. Steffy is blaming herself when the blame should be aimed at Rick since he was the driver. Anything to piss Ridge off this would be something Rick would do. Take something so importantly special to Ridge and to Steffy just to get back at Ridge for the falling accident. Rick should be held accountable for the car crash that claimed Steffy's twin sister Phoebe's life. Taylor is grieving. Thomas is too. Actually the whole family except for Eric and Brooke's children Rick and Bridget are grieving Phoebe's death. Rick shouldn't be allowed to get away with murder. Phoebe's death was no accident. Rick should have slowed down when Phoebe asked him to slow down and he didn't. So the guess is aimed at one person who's not behind prison bars right now for Phoebe's death. Death of an innocent person a woman with the last name Forrester is dead. And Brooke is protecting her evil manipulative son making sure Rick doesn't go to prison for this. He will eventually if Phoebe's grandmother Stephanie Forrester has anything to do about it.
They all want to know what happened in the car and when they find out they don’t like it. Sadly Phoebe died but she is to blame. Never attack a driver.
Rick is to blame for trying to use Ridge 's kids to hurt Ridge! Brooke is a horrible mother who chose a man over her kids their whole lives that is why Rick is a narcissistic Sociopath.
