Young girl Dina’s happy life comes crashing down overnight: her grandfather, only dearest person to her, dies and she herself becomes victim of housing swindlers. In addition, her fiancé betrays her and she remains alone: no support, with broken heart and two months pregnant. In her despair, she agrees to give up her future baby to another woman. However with time, the baby moving under Dina’s heart becomes the dearest thing in the world to her, so she tries to escape. Why is all this happening to her? Where does this hurricane wind in the face destroying everything in its way come from? The trace goes into the past, to the times before Dina’s birth...

Even living so many difficult times, Dina's heart never turned to stone.
My heart went out to this beautiful sweet girl who endured so much. Losing her grandfather, piece of shit man, pregnant and alone. I was glad to finally see some happiness at the end❤️ my favorite series by far.

This is my first Russian series and I loved it. Though I felt that the ending was a bit rushed but overall, it's a wonderful story.
Yeah and Dina’s reaction to him being her father wasn’t good tbh like they didn’t even talk about it
The ends of their shows are usually rushed. You'll get used to it. Maybe.
@@TalaR04 yeah, her missing father was a semi-major part of the movie, and he only says "I'm your father" and she says "Okay" LOL
The ending was totally rushed. Did I miss something big, or did some random criminals grab her baby for no apparent reason??

After several Russian series, I am enjoying this. There's a story, love and sadness too. The actors are competent and good looking. Hopefully the ending is nice nd happy

Enjoyed this drama very much. I was very happy that Dina ended up with Maxim. I wish they had let us see that Dina was made aware of the fact that Sveta lied about being pregnant. Maxim was only interested in getting information from her. Thank you for uploading this drama and for giving us good English subs!!!!
Honestly I do kinda feel bad for sveta coz we've only seen her getting robbed in this series, be it salary or a lover. She portrays the nature of what any other person would have done to try and keep their lover with them, but she loses that too. I guess she also deserved something good.
This has just got to be one of the best Russian Short Movies with English subtitles I have see so far. WIND IN MY FACE, was just an amazing story of a young girl who was so so in Love, got pregnant then dumped then how she survived the difficult 9 months then her journey to finding her Father then her True Love snd Happiness at last. A story of a young Mother's Love for her child. The Actors were all superb and the Storyline was just Awesome. Thanks for giving us this Movie to view.

from Kenya..I usually watch Russian TV world war 2 movies but this is one of the best series .It has love,hate,betrayal,anger,suffering,happiness,bravery and such good actors,.Dina also acted well in ...the ancestral land...all 16 episodes!

What a wonderful story..! I saw a Russian tv series for the first time. I am from India and I loved it. It was much similar to indian tv shows. I think Russian people and Russian life is always underrated by the western world.

i loved this so much. thank god she turned out to be with maxim and everything was better. i started not liking sveta (or whatever the name) in like episode 2 when dina was becoming alla's favorite and sveta was getting jealous.
HaniYah, agree with you there. She is making-up a lie, implying she is more than a friend to Maxim, so that Dina will leave Maxim. She sees Dina as a rival. Even when Dina was employed in the shop, Sveta envies Dina. She will never be a good friend to Dina.

It was my first russian series to watch and finished all 4 episodes.. The story and the cast was superb! But i wished that it has more episodes or atleast another season, i am used on watching 30-60+ episodes :( I love this series so much ❤ and i think that i became a fan of Alina Kiziyarova and Evgeniy Pronin ❤

There are many great Russian movies and TV series on RUclips...But it seems like a difference in their productions, where they produce many stand-alone series which only have a few episodes...like a mini-series as used to be popular on US broadcast television. That's all there is to the story! Sometimes on YT they are called a "movie" which is not quite right, but it's a good way to think about it...as being a long movie in several parts, rather than a "TV series" which people usually think of as having many episodes.
I was like...wait, it's over😢? I literally was like "why can I not find episode 5 anywhere?"

heartwarming.. i have niece who i love so much. sometimes it feels like if i had a baby i would not have loved it more than her. and probably that's why at the end when dina lost anton, the pain and despair seemed so real to me, i was afraid to even think anything like this.
Beautful story now il start wtching russian drama not just korean and chinese...it hppened in real life ....very few man can accept woman who has a child frm other ...only true man ....

If you like this and have not watched any Turkish series, try one of them. I recommend Kurt Seyat ve Sura on Netflix. There are also some on RUclips. This is my first Russian one that is why I think if you liked this you will like the Turkish ones.
