See when you talk about best, you meant Top 10 UK Ranking Uni. No good rated uni will give you admission without IELTS. Back in days they even use to ask for GMAT for MBA. So, if you want to do MBA from good rated Uni then I would recommend do IELTS with score 7.

If we talk about QS World University Rankings 2024 the University is not in the top 1000, so I personally won't recommend. Getting the job after the MBA its all about luck but the probability of getting the job is 0.1 after this Uni. What have you studied before ? Try doing something unique and promising course which can leads to Skilled Worker Visa job, like data science / business analytics / AI in Business.
