Hi to everyone! 9th of May is traditionally very importat day for Belarus. Since 2022 is almost over I decided to to show you how we celebrated Victory Day in Minsk this year in 2022. On this day every year we show respect to our veterans who were fighting for our freedom and happy life. Last two years we celebrate it not so large-scale, without a big parade but still do it. Please, enjoy it as well.

Anfisa, what is the building at the end of the video? a Memorial? Its beautiful the combination among the green in trees, red in the stars and the glass of the building.
It is the museum of a great patriotic war 🤗
Великий день!🤩😍
Верно ))
italian news describe belarus like a simple post-soviet country but when I think about it I imagine modern technology, clean streets, cheap prices, healthy diets and beautiful girls.
Absolutely correct 👍
My first memory in life is from 1987 when president Gorbachev came in official visit to Bucharest.
I was 2 years and 7 months old 😃 and there was a huge crowd of people on the street who had came out to see the official column passing.
My grandfather lifted me on his shoulders so I could see president Gorbachev who was accompanied obviously by our president Ceausescu 😃 and they were going to visit a huge industrial area built recently in the part of city where I lived.
Everybody was waving and chanting “Ceausescu, Gorbachev!”, the weather outside was great and the atmosphere was electric so, from my grandfather’s shoulders I started to chant myself “Ceausescu, Gorbachev!” and to wave to the official column 😆
Little did we know how poisonous that official visit was going to be and what a big treacherous worm Gorbachev would turn out.
Nevertheless, my first ever memory in life is of the great Soviet Union and I will love the Soviet Union forever ❤
Thank you for sharing 🤗 my granddad also was telling me many stories from that time.
Please take care and greetings from Belarus 🇧🇾🤗
