Hello, Sir. I’m very new to baking so forgive me for this seemingly dumb question. Why did you need to moisten the fondant? Isn’t it supposed to be hard to keep everything intact?
Hi, welcome 🙏, instead of brushing piping gel or something sticky at the cake surface for the crushed biscuits to stick from the cake , I use steamer to moisten a bit but not too much because it will sweat a lot
