Jorge is so impressive! I was honored to hear that two of his favorites are my absolute two favorites in the 50th Anniversary and the 80th! I've never had the Family Reserve 85....but now I have to remedy that. Thank you Mazz for the great work here!
Excellent video as always. I attended the Padron event that day at the Northeast location and Mr. Padron was kind enough to sign a box for my Son as a college graduation gift. Had the chance to meet Mazz too!
Can't go wrong with Oban and a premium cigar, that's for sure. These are great interviews, I'm really enjoying them. I'm Cuban, came to the U.S. in 1962 when I was 6; my maternal grandfather and uncles were "torcedores" in Santa Clara, I remember the rolling tables in my grandma's house. Good memories... Keep up the good work!
Getting back into the cigar world and I’m very impressed with Holts since I’ve come back. Aside from local brick and mortars during my travels, I’m switching from my past go-to online retailers to Holt’s. Keep it up!
Not really a Padron guy (prefer predominantly Dominican dominant tobacco blends from Davidoff and Fuente) but I have a LOT of respect for the Padron family and their legacy. Great interview Anthony 🤙🏽
One of the most respected cigar family in Latin America. Just amazing! Jorge is so classy and elegant in every sense of the word! Just ❤️ luxury cigars!
Fantastic interview with one of the giants in the cigar industry. Thank you Mazz and crew for sharing. 🙌🏼🔥🔥🙌🏼. But, remind George next time he comes in that he has to wear multi colored sox like Mazz. 😎
The 80th has nearly blown my head off every time I smoke them. Cold sweating stuff. I like the regular line 300 or 400. They do make good various strength cigars. And, talk about that Scotch for a minute. Oban is usually quite light, but that bottle is different.
Great interview. Love hearing from some of the “big ones” in the business and learning about the history and process involved to sustain a solid cigar company.
Jorge has always been one of those individuals that I look up to as a father figure or I guess I should say mentor😂hearing him talk about his experiences and his knowledge not only about the industry, but just life in general, completely different from any family brand out there! Yes he’s of course running a long standing business and naturally the goal of any business is to make money, but Jorge is in it for the quality, traditions, and lineage that the cigar industry is known for. Quality over quantity; padrón is the embodiment of that, and that is why they will always stay at the top!!
Im relatively new to the cigar scene, and ive only smoked one pardon cigar but i can say hands down it was one of if not the best cigar ive ever smoked.
Just an idea in helping build the industry not just a brand. Add in the question..."if you were out and offered a cigar that wasn't from your own line up, but they had everything else available....what would you choose?" Hearing a CEO say they enjoy another manufactures product would get people thinking outside their go loyalties, trying, and suggesting different cigars to friends and newbies.
I love this interview. PADRON has become my favorite cigar. Their Tabasco is superb and their cigars always deliver full unadulterated flavor. Their tobacco reminds me of the fresh Tabasco I grew up seeing and experiencing in my country, Haiti. Both taste and smell are full and potent. I will be in the MIA in August and hope to visit Padron.
Yes I think more regulations can be good and don’t always mean no one can enjoy it anymore, for example alcohol industry is highly regulated and is very accessible
@anthonymazzola4470 I'm just busting your choosing a bit, man. I've got Hispanic friends, one named Jorge, who's very particular about being called by his name as he shares it with his father and grandfather, and he's second-generation Mexican American so he wants to hold fast to his heritage. Great video as always, it was fun to hear Jorge recount some of his time in the business and his thoughts on Padron.
you are killing it with the amount heads in the industry, holts is the new cigar aficionado ,
🙏
Padron makes the best cigars on planet earth! No question.
“If you have that vision of maintaining, you’ll grow” I needed to hear that
In my opinion, the best cigars in the industry are being produced from these 3 Factories... Padron, Fuente, my father.
💪
Is there a my father that isn’t super spicy?
@@datone6360which have you tried? The original blend isn’t too spicy if I remember correctly and it’s delicious

True very true but I think My Father and their diversity is taking over

I really enjoy these interviews ! It would be cool if you guys took a couple questions from us fans to ask these guys. Keep up the good work Holts 🎉
@DM-3Me nice try
yes great idea, do a live soon
There is something so profoundly classy about gentlemen in suits, smoking cigars, and drinking whisky. Its mesmerizing.
Man, Anthony does such a great job.
Thank you for the great video.
Great interview! I hope I see a Lancero in the 1964, 1926 or Family Reserve.
Awesome video. Alot of people don't realize what is put into making cigars. Plus all the heritage behind them.
Padron. What else is there to say? The standard in which all cigars are compared. Awesome interview Ant!
Excellent video as always. I attended the Padron event that day at the Northeast location and Mr. Padron was kind enough to sign a box for my Son as a college graduation gift. Had the chance to meet Mazz too!
Your channel is top notch. Much respect

Just ordered 6 Perdomos and 5 padrons from holts!
Thank you for the support!
Mazz. U r da man my brother. 😎🐊
@DM-3Me ?
man Padron's are becoming my favorite!
Can't blame you!
The '26 #48 Maduro changed my life.
Heavy hitters, Padron stands alone on the mountain of greatness in the cigar world as a whole, Cuba included
Great conversation! I really enjoyed the dialogue! Pardon is an outstanding cigar to sit back, mentally relax, and enjoy the essence of the smoke!
Fantastic interview with one of the giants in the cigar industry. Thank you Mazz and crew for sharing. 🙌🏼🔥🔥🙌🏼. But, remind George next time he comes in that he has to wear multi colored sox like Mazz. 😎
That's a good point 😂
Thanks for video. I was visiting Miami and went to see central location by Stadium. Very good costumer service and nice place to smoke a cigar.
You guys do such great content. Fantastic interview with Jorge and one of my favorite brands.
🙏
Keep it up Mazz, Absolutely love it
Two legends!
The 80th has nearly blown my head off every time I smoke them. Cold sweating stuff.

1926 is best cigar ever
Awesome interview 👏
Padrons are great puros
Agreed 👊
Great interview!

Smoking a maduro 1926 now. Regards from Mexico

Great video!
I never noticed how jacked jorge is , that jacket sleeve is exploding lol.
Straight up legend but those cigars
Goat 🐐
I think Congress should be required to visit a cigar farm!
Carlitos needs to be next here
Working on it!
As much as I would be against government intervention, do you think something like a cigar version of a bottle in bond act would be beneficial?
Yes I think more regulations can be good and don’t always mean no one can enjoy it anymore, for example alcohol industry is highly regulated and is very accessible
@@augustinekirchoff479 kind of. Depends on state
How many suits do you own?
@DM-3Me Is this for reals?
interesting that Jorge uses cigar as a prop, not smoking it.
Can't smoke and talk at the same time!
Did you just call Jorge George?
Yes, he goes by that name. This is what most people in the industry use to address him.
@anthonymazzola4470 I'm just busting your choosing a bit, man. I sort of expected him to be more well-spoken
