Thank you to develop gd safety video, however I have some concern on your example given for Hazards " unskilled driver or new driver" if we see the Hazard definition it say " anything have the potential to cause harm" thus new driver is not the hazard, if there is accident, new driver will be Cause of Hazard" I think may u agree. You didn't explained whoes responsibility or ownership of maintain legal documents. Many Indian management, putting all this critical admin work load on HSE Manager head such as CTO, Land agreement, fuel storage agreement, Hazardous waste disposal agreement & records,Environmental violation, Fire System violation etc. Whoever HSE person, first he should know organizations structure, role & responsibilities of the each department manager or else everyone use HSE person as Rubber stamp.
You may be right and talking about some specific organisation. But I know lot of organisations, they have distributed all legal Jobs between HR, QA, EHS & Maintenance departure.

Chances are pretty good that if you completed you NEBOSH IGC that you can find a job in the Gulf region, you will just need to look and apply for HSE Officer positions, or really whatever you find, it could never hurt. To help better your chances, I would also shoot for obtaining your NEBOSH Diploma as well. You can find plenty of courses online that will help aid you in obtaining this. A lot of places are accepting this to be as good as a University diploma when it comes to H&S.

Sir, I completed my mechanical Engg degree this year, Can I get a job in Gulf If I complete NEBOSH IGC, IOSH & first aid training.
