The best explanation.....orally samajhnaeke saatg aap diagrama bhi bohot zyaada include karen waisae toh aap kartahi ho but aur bhi includw karen ...for example aapne ligaments ke waqt daigramatically samjhaane ase zyaada orally boldiya ....hope u will consider my suggestion

Shoulder Joint is weakest inferiorly but most common dislocation is anteriorly and among anterior dislocation most common type is sub coracoid. Incidence : anterior dislocation (80-90%) then posterior then inferior (rare)
