I also have a constipation problem. Things I found that help are the probiotics tea from bigelow and the Alive Ancient Mushroom Elixer. I drink one of the two or a olipop daily and it’s made such an improvement! Best wishes to you 💕

Would highly recommend fiber gummies (or benefiber) and psyllium husk (I take them as pills bc the powder is apparently gross) as a girl who struggles with the same GI issues!! They were recommended by my doctor
Be mindful with those fiber gummies. Not a doctor, but I also have some GI issues myself. I can't tolerate inulin (the fiber in a lot of fiber gummies). But I can do psyllium fiber just fine.

Honestly rite aid has had bare shelves a lot lately. I suggest going to target or other store
i started taking fiber gummies and starting getting terrible stomach pains. as soon as i stopped taking them, the aches stopped. so strange
