What is the ratio you use to make strong coffee. Could you make it with instant espresso powder? You mentioned it can be frozen how to you prepare it for the freezer? Wrap in saran wrap or ? Thanks
I use regular coffee. I just save some back from our morning pot. And yes, you can use instant espresso. To freeze, I place the cake in the freezer unwrapped. Once it’s frozen I wrap it in cling wrap. To thaw remove cling wrap first
