Daan 128989 I was confused by that also so asked my mom. She said richer people tend to buy more houses because that’s what they do. Like for example if you want one for the coast, mountains, ect. She even said herself if I was rich I would buy more houses instead of renting for vacation, so people couldn’t find them if we kept moving between the ones we had, also instead of renting buying more, because it’s nice to know that people haven’t touched the sheets we use or anything like that.
My parents worked for eddie money before I was born and they did that but to me he sounded kinda sarcastic lmao I don't doubt he has multiple tho. And he says hes broke😔
Well he is RICH. He surely has a house in LA because of Josh and music stuff, he probably has a house or an apartment in New York too because his label is there. Maybe a big "summerhouse" somewhere for family gatherings. And real estate is a great way to invest and a great way to save money with more return than just from a savings acount.
