*Ingredients
Chhole = 1.5 cup
Beyleaf= 2
Baking soda = Chutki bhar
Water = 4 Cup
Jeera = 1 Table spoon
Hing = Chutki bhar
Dry Chilli = 2
Onion = 3 midium size
Garlic = 9/10 clove
Black pepper= 5/6
Ginger = 1 inch
Turmeric powder = 1/2 table spoon
Coriander powder= 1.5 table spoon
Chilli powder = 1/2 table spoon
Kashmiri laal mirch = 1/2 Table spoon
Anar Dana = 1 table spoon
Kashuri methi = 1 table spoon
Chhole Masala = 1 table spoon
Clove = 2
Cinnamon Stick = 2
Big cardamom = 1
Cardamom = 2
Star leaves =2 wings
Green chilli = 3
*Recipe/व्यंजन विधि
Hii friends ,chhole banane ke liye sabse pahle maine 8 se 9 ghante chholo ko paani me rakh kar fulalya hai. 8 se 9 ghante baad ise achhe se dhokar pressure cooker me 2 tejpat, chutki bhar baking sod, 3 cup Pani aur saath me 2 aaloo dalkar 1 citi high flam par aur 2 citi law flam pr dilakar chholo ko achhe se paka liya hai. 2 midium size ke pyaz aur 1Tamater ke saath dhaniya ko Barik cut kar diya hai. Garm kadhai me sarson ka tel dalkar thodi si hing,1 Chammach jira aur sukhi laal mirch ka tadka lagakar usme Barik kate hue pyaz ko dal dena hai .midium flam pr use achhe se golden brown hone tak pakne dena hai.masale ke liye lahsun ki 10 se 12 kaliya,kuchh kaali mirch 1 Chammach jire ke saath 1 inch adrak ke tukde ko khalbatte me dalkar use achhe se kut liya hai 1.5 Chammach dhaniya powde, 1/2 Chammach mirch powder,1/2 Chammach haldi powder ke saath garm pani dalkar use dhak diya hai.pyaz ke golden brown hote hi taiyar masale ke mixture ko dalkar high flam pr achhe se bhun liya hai. 1/2 Chammach kashmiri laal mirch, 1/2 Chammach anaar Dana, thodi si kashuri methi Aur 1/2 Chammach chiken masala dalkar masale ko achhe se bhun liya hai. Bhune masale me tamatar aur namak dalkar adh pake tamatar ke masale me uble hue kabuli chana ko dal diya hai.kabuli chane se pani alag n ho iske liye usme 1 ubal hua aaloo dalkar gravy me hi masala lungi. 5 minutes dhakkar midium pr pakne ke liye chhod kar kuchh garam masalo ko sek kar dardara sa powder bana liya hai. 5 minutes baad gas ka flam off karke us dardare masale ko dalkar achhe se milakar usme dhaniya pata aur Kati hue Hari mirch dalkar serve kar liya.
