JJs not happy because this case seems set up specifically to come to the show. They didn't even have time to serve each other. JJs too smart for their shenanigans.
Funny story: my grandfather accidentally didn't pay for his haircut a couple of years ago. He gave the barber a tip but got confused and thought that he had paid everything. He also lost his wallet (it turned out to be at home) and wrecked his car on the way home. I'm not even kidding about that. The barber, who is an old friend, wasn't too concerned about payment particularly after hearing what had happened.
Yeah, plaintiff should have waited until the defendant vacated the premises, and done a walkthrough. She can bring anybody she wants (handyman, contractors, etc.) and cameras to document the damages. Then, after arming herself with estimates for the repairs, she can deduct damages from the security deposit. If there is additional damage, she can then file a lawsuit. The defendant can also protect herself by having her own witness and documentation of the premises, and she should have a set of "before" pictures from a walkthrough upon occupying the premises. She can then countersue for the return of the deposit. Nonsense like replacing old, worn out carpets, drapes, appliances, or repainting someplace that hasn't been touched in a decade can be tossed out from the "damage" done. Filing for damages at the same time as the eviction is premature.
About 2 years ago my queens were forced to go to Lassen Park near a valcone where they were forced to drink cider and ransid food similar to fecieses then tortured by a plethora of individuals. Also The man by the name Patrick Cecil Croy drove a white van with illegal tinted windows with skulls on them.

The witness was ready for his day in court. Judge Judy stole his moment 😭😭😭😭
Defendant should've countersued for that miserable haircut.
😁
Well with rent and property damage, I would just forget the haircut. lol
UM....HAIRCUT RELATED COMMENTS ARE MINE. EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT!!!!!!!!!
xD ... !
Probably just to emphasize how the defendant is
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours too.🦃🌼
Watching these cases….I never EVER want to be a landlord 😅
If you want to be a landlord prepare to be in court or in some kind of argument for as long as you are a landlord.
I was a landlord and my property was a tax deduction. I've never been so stressed in all my life. I sold it. Never again.
Exactly! And it's always over tenants who skip rent or damage the property.
I feel like the narrator was throwing shade when he said “and a haircut“ 😂😂
Hey thanksgiving everyone!!!
Happy Thanksgiving 2024!!
Happy thanksgiving to you ❤
That's why you keep rentals a business and not getting too friendly. Keep it professional, if you want friends, go join a club.
1:29 Plaintiff husband looks like Hall of Famer NFL QB Ryan Fitzpatrick
Totally does, good eye.
Who? Anyhow he looks Amish.
That’s cause it is!!
No he doesn't lol
Ryan Fitzpatrick, Hallof Fame? hmmm
Parties are excused, you may step ouuuuuut.... 🤣🤣
When coming to judge judy... CLEAN HANDS💯👏👏👏💯
0:00 That's not a happy camper... 😠😠😠😠😠
Defendant has on a terribly constructed dress. Prints are so uneven.
Your honor, what about my shampoo ? Defendant used my shampoo ! MY Shampoo!”
Lol this case has nothing to do with a haircut 😂
Yup, at the end
You have to put on your listening ears, as judge Judy would say. The landlord mentioned the haircut.
Their lives would be so much better if they can ignore all the pettiness.
PSA… if you already owe someone money, dont let them cut your hair 😝😝😝😂😂😂😂
"Judgement for the plaintiff. We're done."
"What about the hairdo she owes me for?"
"😑 We're done."
That defendant owes no money for that haircut. The haircut is the damage that she suffered.

Why would production have rushed this case to filming then?
Ned Kelly the witness is always stretching - looks like a cat stretching after its' nap.
Happy thanksgiving ❤❤ reply with what you’re thankful for I’ll go first , life ❤
Hairdo? Is she for real? 😂😂😂
The theme of today's cases are "America.... not the brightest bulbs in the lamp."

Cut. You’re. Own hair.
Happy THXDAY ❤
If she’s not going to hear it….she shouldn’t have brought the case there to begin with . BS.
Problem is she doesn’t make that decision. I believe it’s production. Maybe that’s why she is upset most of the time. Wasting her time with nonsense.
Judy are the best 😍
😶
Are? Is she possessed??????
If something is a gift you usually don't get it back.

The plaintiff is just a younger version of the defendant 😅

She is suing for rent, property damage and a haircut she the plaintiff did not pay for? WOW!
