It is great that Phoenix, AZ Cross country/Track & Field has been able to "Step up" and provide a place for both Arizona, and elite teams from California, Newbury Park, and others a place for competition in this difficult year. It is great for high school runners from both states, and I hope this series will become a yearly feature! It will benefit teams and improve runners in both states!
