250g Tortellini
100g Wild Rocket
50g Sundried Tomatoes
2 Tbsp Roasted Sunflower Seeds
Vinaigrette:
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Mustard
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Clove of Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Place all ingredients on a plate, pour vinaigrette on top and enjoy! 😍
