Um, please show me the studies showing it produces less bugs. People using AI created MORE bugs and less secure code. It had little effect in productivity for senior developers. The reason it will create more demand is because someone needs to clean up their mess.
I agree. I mean when you use it correctly, to just produce boilerplate code. I would never suggest using it to produce business logic or anything more complex. And yes - I think as people have tried to implement things themselves without good devs - devs are going to be needed to implement AI. No one else is technical enough to know how.
