Don't fall into the Western trap! They want to stir up trouble between China and Africa. When you want to develop, you need infrastructure and it costs money. Africa needs to decide on its own whether they want to develop and invest in its infrastructure or remain backwards like India with poor infrastructure. When you invest in infrastructure you need to plan ahead for further development and maintain a good fiscal and monetary policy. You can't expect China to do everything for you or just blame this and that. Your European colonizers and enslavers like to put the blame on China on everything because they do not want the people in China and Africa to be friendly with one another so that they can continue to divide and rule. Don't fall into the Western trap! They want to stir up trouble between China and Africa. When you want to develop, you need infrastructure and it costs money. Africa needs to decide on its own whether they want to develop and invest in its infrastructure or remain backwards like India with poor infrastructure. When you invest in infrastructure you need to plan ahead for further development and maintain a good fiscal and monetary policy. You can't expect China to do everything for you or just blame this and that. Your European colonizers and enslavers like to put the blame on China on everything because they do not want the people in China and Africa to be friendly with one another so that they can continue to divide and rule. China does not need your debt, it’s too cheap to go through all this trouble just to get Africa into debt. China wants Africa to develop and grow so that Africa becomes wealthier and then they can trade and do more business with Africa.

China has maintained friendly win-win relations with a lot of african countries since the 1970s. And yes, one of the "wins" is part of China's motivation, but the other "win" is for the african countries. The only ones that "lose" (though not really) in this are the western countries that refuse to interact with african leaders like they are deserving of the respect and being treated like any other country.
The west has always treated poor, small (and non-white) countries like pawns, pets or slaves. And occasionally as the target for "help" which either comes with lots of strings attached, or is solely designed for wealthy people to feel better about themselves. Like pop artists singing a racist bullshit song for "benefit", but in reality only to improve their image.
Unlike what the western colonialists did, China is not trying to take over land in Africa, nor to do unilateral foreign aid, which is just an extremely temporary solution. China is seeking trade, like they have done for all recorded history, all the way back to the original silk road and similar enormous trade routes. Such trade will give african countries a new market for their vast natural resources AND improved infrastructure to both import and export and thereby strengthening the economy in a peaceful way.
Compared to classic western-style "foreign aid", this is the equivalent of teaching a man how to fish, rather than giving him a fish every day.
