Impressive. I like that the two upstairs bedrooms both have their own bathrooms, perfect for renting to others. The only thing I might change about this design is to add a laundry area, since I didn't see one.
Very impressive especially the master suite. I just wish there was a bath tub in at least one of the bathrooms. Instead of 3 bathrooms, one one of the spaces would be great for laundry. This house would be awesome for college students and grads just starting out.

First floor would be enough for my needs and the second floor could be a semi covered deck with option to close it electronically like (Bonneville homes) for cozy winter months and enjoy a small 4 season fireplace
This is the best small home design I have ever seen. I am very impressed by the use of space, such as the refrigerator under the stairwell. Even though it's small, it gives an open feel. Granted, I would increase the overall size a bit. Those rooms are a bit tiny. Otherwise, there isn't much I'd change. I am curious what that is over the range. It doesn't look like any vent I've seen.

Don’t believe that price, kit only, no construction or anything finished inside. Come in at over a hundred grand easily for that….not including land or infrastructure.

I would like to see the breakdown of the estimate of the $34,000 price to construct this building . Is that materials only with owner supplied labor ? Thank you .
Here in snow country we like at least a shed roof, and a system to direct melt runoff away from the foundation, and from walls to avoid ice damming when sunlite snow melt freezes after sundown. I wonder if how the roof material handles snow weight and melt?
4 beds, 3 baths is a lot for 1152 sq ft. Imagine if this home was 1500 sq ft. There could be a large soaking tub and double vanities in the master with a proper walk in closet. And there could be a laundry room. This would a nice guest house.
If the foundation is really sturdy, you could easily add a third floor and maintain the the same elevation features. It's cheaper to go up than to go out.
Very realistic. Reminds me of a rowhome in DC or Philadelphia. Usually the rowhomes with porch fonts and three windows above can pack this amount of punch in a small space. I love this rendering because they made great use of the lot, and created space for a doper layout.
@@aberdeen1021 New Hampshire NW next to Grant Circle is what quickly comes to mind as an example of the rowhomes I'm describing. West Philadelphia near University city like Powelton village has similar homes. Lived in both regions. Not saying the homes look like this, but this is about the same footprint as one. So you could possibly remodel your home to similar.
I realize the hard floors in every part of the house are the thing today. But not for me. Too cold. Too noisy. And just doesn’t feel like home and cozy. I would want carpeting in my bedrooms. 🤷♂️ Plus I would give up a bathroom for a utility/laundry room.
The inside of the house looks really nice. The exterior of the house is what caught me eyes. After watching the video thoroughly. I noticed the upper bedroom at the front of the house. Showing a small window from the inside. Though introductory is showing the house with this huge glass window. So I was a bit disappointed.
Who needs a million dollar house for a family when you can have this I wouldn't mind having this for me and my four kids at all the dining area is a little small but it's okay I don't mind sitting in the floor or the backyard picnic whatever it is but this is so adorable I will buy this
Did you use Unreal5 for the render? Add a basement, 1 more floor and Roof terrace and you have what they're building in Philly. This style is fast becoming popular
Very nice. In America, it would cost that much for the building supply s but still worth it. I'm building my mother a tiny home and I've spent $10,000 already at half way done.
I am so over the traditional housing tracks and communities. This type of design is what people want and need. Not these over priced, over size homes that have wasted space and poor efficiency.
I like the house but know that it does not cost $34,000. I’m also wondering where would you put a washer and dryer. Also who can I contact about constructing home in my property.
I noticed on some of these plans they actually put the washer and dryer in the back porch area. Personally I don't like the idea at all but it might be practical if there is an outside line for clothes and the washer/dryer (all in one) is in a contained area that is weather proof so the electrical chords don't get wet. Other than that, I'd be inclined to change the 1st bathroom on the ground floor next to the kitchen into a laundry + add an external door from the laundry for easy access to a line to dry clothes in summer, and the bedrooms 1 and 2 down there would simply have to share with bedroom 3 the 2nd bathroom on the top floor. There are 3 bathrooms in that place. It brings it down to 2 but adds enough room for a proper laundry. The only other suggestion I could make would be to take some room off the master bedroom which seems to be too spacious at the end where the window is and have a very small room with a washer/dryer in there with shelves above it and laundry basket to the side.
I am 60 now. I grew up in a 3 bed detached house with a garden in front as as well as at the back. My parents worked hard to pay the mortgage off doing all sorts of jobs and teaching Gus that with hard work and perseverance you can make it. The only thing that got the better than us was the cost of living. Unless you are fortunate, you cannot beat it. So the mat gate was paid off. House sold. Now the same deal today does not permit for future generations to have the same opportunity to pay off their mortgage before they reap the benefits. So for this to happen, we need to go back to the sort of prices we see in this video… Who’s fooling who.
It’s all about corporate greed. Wages have not kept up with inflation for decades. When you were a child, there were tons and tons of locally owned companies, whose CEOs did not make millions of dollars, while paying their employees a non-livable wage. Today, the majority of larger companies are owned by investment groups, rather than people who actually live in the community. Those CEOs care about one thing and one thing only… profit. It’s beyond sad.

1152 sq feet doesn’t really qualify as a tiny home, most of them are 800 sq ft or smaller, right? I would say this is a small, regular home.

The cost is more about the bare construction such as walls (not painted) and roof; NOT INCLUDED ARE the fine finishings, appliances, furnitures, etc…

All you need is one more floor. A large living room area on the bottom. It'll make the house feel a lot bigger than it really is.

I think these new houses be insulated to the maximum to keep cool during the summer, and to keep warm during the winter!

this style some people put them in an upstairs closet niche built to house front loaders, stacked or side by side
