    Hey yogis, you guys asked so here it is! I've got a new 10 minute slow flow full body stretch yoga class for you. This is a wonderful way to stretch our sore or stiff muscles first thing in the morning or as a way to wind down at night.
    If you have flexibility goals, this is a great class to do on a regular basis to improve hip and hamstring mobility as well as deeper backbends and shoulder flexibility.

    Hi! This is an excellent video. I love the routine! I am actually blind, so I could not see what you were doing in the video, but you verbalized everything very well so even a person like me who is blind and cannot see what you were doing was able to follow along throughout the entire practice.     Hi Kassandra. My name is Linda and I turned 59 on 3/29;20. I have systemic scleroderma and I’m entering my 6 th year being diagnosed with this. During this coronavirus epidemic and my doctors quarantining me due to my autoimmune disease and my lungs due to scleroderma, I found you and your videos and started with the 10 min beginners classes. I have to tell you that I haven’t moved like this in years! I love you and your videos are not only helping me survive the quarantine BUT YOU ARE HELPING ME SURVIVE AGAIN!     Somewhere around the halfway point of this video I suddenly felt this emotional release, and started crying right there on the yoga mat. And somehow it wasn’t happy or sad tears, just a pure release of emotion that I didn’t realise I had been holding onto. Yoga really is so powerful. Thank you for this

      If you don't mind me asking, how long do you think it takes for you to start feeling more flexible? This is only my second day of following these types of videos so I was curious to know how long until I start to feel more flexible! Thanks :)

    I had been terribly hysterical this morning, phone not working, weeks of not much work, the changes everyone is feeling globally in addition to having lost my sister and recently my dog, just falling apart and decided to walk for 30 min and end with this lovely yoga stretch making me feel comfort I hadn't felt all day.     I've been very into your 30-60 minute classes as I've gotten more into yoga, but I'm recovering from a cold and this has been the perfect way to still get in a little yoga without overdoing it. You really put together your routines in such a beautiful order that I find empowering - especially in the long classes - but even in the short classes. I'm so grateful I found your channel, you are a wonderful teacher.

    I know I'm late to the party on the 10 min morning series but they're amazing! In addition to my daily resistance training and steady state cardio, my trainer asked me to "move" for 10 minutes first thing in the morning. The idea is to work out the soreness from the previous day's exertion and prepare the body for the coming day. I immediately thought yoga and I've been hooked (and devoted!) ever since I found your channel and this series. If you make more, I'll definitely be there ready to learn. I still have a long road to walk but your 10 min morning yoga series makes the path easier.

    I know this is an older video but hope you still see this! I love these videos! I am somewhat new to yoga but I love fitting these short routines into my daily schedule. Normal workouts just don't work for me due to scheduling and because I have tachycardia, but these work so well from fitting into my morning routine to doing a quick one when I feel stiff at work (I have a desk job), without sending my heart rate to high. I can feel the stretching and the benefits of doing even these short videos throughout my day and can also feel the difference in my mood and overall well-being. I also love the way you explain going into and out of the poses. I don't feel like I have to constantly look at the video to know what to do and can just relax into the stretch and listen. Hope you continue to put out these shorter videos thank you!

    I love these 10 minute stretches! I have arthritis and since I started doing these every morning my joints have been feeling better! They're tough enough that they stretch me out, but not so tough that they hurt me. Thank you for making these videos!

    Love these so so much. Your quick and calming yoga videos are wonderful and so very easy to follow. I have sever ADHD. I run from routines, even when I try REALLY HARD not too. Your calm and empowering voice and choice of words helps me to start my day mindfully. Ive begun “cognitive behavioral therapy” for my ADHD. I am able to follow along first thing in the morning, without any Rx on board. That my dear, is truly astounding to me👏🏽👏🏽
    I don’t comment ever ever ever. So when this became something I started to look forward to doing.
    I just felt compelled to give you praise and push you up for making this good stuff public! I just felt a need to share with you

    Hi Kassandra - love this 10 min. FB Yoga Stretch -- slooooow-- I come back multiple times to it. Make more!!! So many instructors/presenters write Slow and Stretch into their vid titles only to proceed with a fast flow. You are TRUE and I keep watching for myself and my students. Kudos and namaste.

    This was a great class! I've never taken your quick/slow flow before and was delighted to do so first thing in the morning...It made me realize how tight I wake up!     I love your 10 minute morning flows and stretches! They've really helped me establish a daily yoga routine 💜
    And now that I've finally (!) gotten myself some yoga blocks I can go through those videos of yours that I've had to skip 😂
    Also I'm mixing in your medium length and intermediate classes by now. When you do something daily it can be difficult to notice your (incremental) progress. But if I look back to where I've started, I can definitely see a difference! In my flexibility, in my strength (Chaturanga 😁), my mindfulness and acceptance towards my body.
    So this is something that I can be proud of 🙏

    Thank you for sharing your time with me (us) and creating these phenomenal yoga videos.
    I found your channel last year and it's really helped me out mentally and physically!
    Your yoga workouts are very easy to follow as a novice. The way you explain each movement is exactly what I need even I'm attempting a pose that prevents looking back at the screen.
    This yoga flow allowed me to physically and mentally let go of work stress that had me physically shaking most of today.
    I love these 10 minute videos because I can easily squeeze this in, even when I'm tired, even when I'm busy, even when I don't have the energy for a "full workout" and I benefit immensely.
    I'd love to see more of these on your channel and will be sure to check out the others you've already added!

    I love all your morning yoga flows/stretches. My body is a bit sore and stiff at the start and ends up with a fully awake and stretched out body. I'm planning on trying them out in the mornings and see which I like best. Also very easy for me to follow as I don't do yoga but this is a start!Thanks!

    Thank you for this. I suffer with chronic fatigue syndrome and my body often hurts and yoga was prescribed by my doctor. The stretching helps plenty.

    It's been 3 days now of yoga stretching with u! I'm noticing a difference so thank you! I have fibromyalgia and arthritis but pain is not overbearing. I will continue to do yoga with you everyday!

    thank you Kassandra I haven't moved my body all quarantine and its been HURTING. ive been adding in these short videos into my daily routine now and feel SOOOOOO much better, I jumped up out of bed today ready to go and for the first time in a very long while I didn't feel all achy and rickety. thank you for that.     I know it's an old video but would love to see more of these when short-staffed in time. Especially focusing on problem areas that need extra work like side bends, groin opening etc. Blessings ...
