Yes yes.. exit nai hai.. I realized late and lost money then I put stop loss and that trade exited immediately and since then.... I have successfully stopped using mstock 😅

Just summarizing it here step by step.
1. check ATR on weekly chart.
2. CE+PE should be half of ATR value. (mostly you will get it by Monday Or Tuesday for next week expiry, which is 9-10 days from current day).
3. Mostly CE and PE value will get at ATM only.
4. Every monday/tuesday you can check for next week expiry( that's why it's 9-10 days).
5. Target should be 25% of ATR value or 50% of (CE+PE Premium).
Is it buy or sell of ce and pe
If we do not get get ce pe at atm, then can we go for ITM or OTM

I have seen your video for 3/4 times and yesterday i took trade (paper trade) form coming expiry which is coming Thursday and watching it now till expiry
At 4:23 as we can see that you have selected the Current Strike Price and also the premium of both CE and PE sums up to 700 which is the half of ATR for the week. Now the question is, we have to select Current Strike Price (ATM) only or any strike price (ATM, ITM, OTM) whose premium sums up to almost equal to the half of ATR of the week?

Very good strategy, smart people hv been using this strategy for very long time, just when they expect volatility, even Bollinger band will give indication of sideways market,
though 1 weekly expiry is little too close for comfort
How will that work if you can explain plz in detail because here weekly candle is being considered

really good stretegy but incase of total volatile market of 9-10 days and expired in between the range of 200-300 points then i think there is little problem in this stretegy

Today (i.e. 27/04/2023 EOD) Bank Nifty weekly ATR is almost 1360. CE(398) + PE(418) is 816.
Can I take entry for weekly expiry of 11/05/2023 or wait further two days to meet entry criteria ?

one observation id like to mention , trade will be profitable probably when atr is more than 1350 otherwiswe at lower atr chance of sidewise market prevailing exists and it will result in stoploss hit

lower ATR means .. lower volatility and lesser premium.. keep eye on trend of nifty or bank nifty. Use this strategy in trending market

Please explain about the role of vix. As the vix has risen ,the formula for purchase @ 50% of ATR value is not working. In this case shall we avoid the trade or there is some other rule related to vix and therefore purchase at a higher premium ?
Around 1pm vix lowest. Best buy time.

I checked ATR today it comes to 1320 so as per rule, sud look for total of 660 call and put for 18th April expiry but I am not finding any pair in that range.... All the pairs are above 750. What to do in such senerio

Loss will be time value not intrinsic value.
@@PravinKhetan yes, its time value, I misinterpreted… But I tested on last year data, in most cases we earn huge amount (specially if we trail the profit), but if we miss the target, we will loss 65%(average) of the Investment amount… hope I am seeing it right…

I tried paper trade on 4 aug 2023 the profit ran upto 500 in 1 lot BN but at the end of the day due to decay it was in loss 500

As per strategy we take the value of ATR on a weekly basis on bank nifty and divide the ATR value /2.Whatever premium is coming we take the ATM of CE and PE of farway expiry of at least 12 - 14 days as the value match of CE and PE premium equivalent to half the value of ATR value.
Please advise whether my logic is correct or not.
