Water Hose Prank On Brother!!! Gone Weird

So my brother sprayed me with water, not as bad but still, and I wanted to get him back. I sprayed him with a hose and he decided to do what ever the heck he did I have no words for what happened in this video 😂😂 I was shocked that he didn't get mad... This was supposed to turn into a pissing off my brother but he didn't get pissed off so it didn't really work out that way, but it still made a hella funny video!!!
