Skylar Thompson isn't as refined as Tua but I think he's a really solid backup QB who could absolutely win games if thrust into that position. He just feels a lot like a rookie right now, not totally prepared for the NFL, but that's pretty normal for rookie QB's. It's a big jump from college to pro ball. In a few seasons he'll be really strong, if he can stay healthy.
