Check if you have rain water flooded in the floor box in front of your seat. If it is damp there you probably have it under the drivers seat as well and in the under floor. Water gets into electric wiring looms and cause electric disturbance. Only way to fix is to have the moisture dried up. If you leave it wet like that it can cause serious corrosion to wires and practically reduce the lifespan of the car so it ends up on a scrap yard. We were able to have water come out by drilling a hole under the floor and let the water pour out. Then some week later plug the hole. Chances are this will restore the electric brake function just by the water drying up. The reason for the problem in this case is that rain water enters throught the ventilation openings below the windscreen where some water passages are supposed to loead water out through some holes. But garbage collect there (leafs and other stuff) and block the passsage. Instead the water flood into the car body internals and passenger cabin floor.

Tak jest, można clipem włączyć tryb skandynawski wtedy ręczny nie będzie się zaciągał po zgaszeniu auta.
