Wanted to address that this tour doesn’t focus on what Julia is talking about there is one instance that she is explaining a feature to what you can see but instead the clip was zoomed in to a unnecessary angle and half of it were covered by presello contact info or just focused at Her like what are you showcasing Julia or the property?
I don’t see houses like this very often in the Philippines. It’s undeniably posh, but subdued at the same time. More importantly, the ambience is that of a home rather than a hotel lobby. So good job! PS. The 2nd kitchen (daily kitchen?) is a bit weird and I’m already smelling the mould gathering underneath the fake grass in 2nd floor terrace.
To those who wants to explain and show each and every details, guys they are selling a property not a vlog. Its actually fine to show only the glimpse of it because if you are interested, you will book an appointment to them for a site visit.
great ground floor of the house. perfect for elders or as family home. but off on the whole 2nd floor. too much unnecessary open space + fake grass is big no. and why not make the bathroom en suite for that room when there is a lot of space in the upper dec of the house. 😢
I hate how majority of the houses that are being presented in Presello does not meet even the slightest wage earnings of the viewers. I’m sure 95% of viewers cannot afford the houses on this channel. You should also take a look at houses that are under $20M
Love Julia and the presello team…. But the homes back there are not impressive. Been a fan of this channel for awhile. I’ve seen maybe two homes that are worthwhile. Balinese architects seem to do a better job than Filipinos. The designs all look the same, wooden slats, lighting fixtures and designs.c No one wants to live in an office building or hotel. But props to PS for doing their best on these
I just do not understand building a house like this in a hot country like the Philippines without a pool?? They definitely need to take some architecture lessons from Bali and Thailand.

Dark house. Why gas stoves? Electric appliances? No solar. Outside wall had cracks. Leak. What about build quality?
