Here’s a fun fact that I learned you can replace the battery when it hits maximum of 80 and then it’s like a brand new phone for another 3 to 4 years when you replace the battery that way you save money on getting a new phone, but I believe you get one every year so. Big fan big fan.

@@illyy05 you just go to the Apple Store and ask them to give you a new battery for your phone and it usually cost about like 80 till like $90 which is so much better than spending 700 to 1000 on a new phone

I have the iPhone 15 Plus and I’ve had it since December 2023 and it’s at 99% capacity and 160 charge cycles! I found with my 13 Mini that the battery was degrading so fast because of cables and charging bricks I was using that weren’t proper or weren’t meant for my phone.
I got my 15 plus when it was released and my battery is down to 91% with 402 cycle counts. I had my phone capped at 80% charging and disabled all the battery draining stuff etc. I think it’s because of the fast charging because my phone warms up when it’s fast charging and also the phone usage based on the battery cycle counts. At the end of the day I can just replace the battery and it’s like brand new so 🤷♂️

You could let the battery capacity drain as low as you want- it just means youll have to charge it more and more because it will not retain as much of a charge. Anything over 80% is seen as good, 90% as great, and like 95% as amazing as a general benchmark. second- yea anywhere in high 70s is _really_ good for 4 years time. The benchmark is 20% first two years, so lots of people prob have worse with only 2-3 years.

I use some widgets. Weather clock and calendar. I don’t use my iPhone that much too just youtube for maybe 3-4 hours a day and WhatsApp for like 30 minutes.

That seems to be working wonders cause I used to do those things on my iPhone 11 and the battery's health degraded way too fast

And I think black is still the best colour because we can put any case we want. And you just hided your phone colour by putting that case.

Apparently, phones shouldn't be charged up to 100% (all the time) in order to keep the battery healthy.
Draining battery happens when the battery wares off over time. Also, when your phone overheats, it also causes harm to the battery 😔
