Operation Oracle is a unique mission that takes place in Montuyoc and is unlocked when the player first enters the province.
Upon entering Montuyoc, Karen Bowman calls Nomad asking him to go to some coordinates.
Nomad. I have something for you. I sent a package. I'm patching you coordinates now. When you get there call me, I'll explain everything then.

Bowman sent a package at this loaction. Retrieve it and get in touch with her.
After retrieving the package:
Enter the research facility and extract the Skell Tech engineer.
After finding Daniel:
After your meeting with Walker, another Ghost, Unidad raids the research complex. Extract Daniel to the designated location.
When complete:
Bowman seems to have business with Daniel. Follow the engineer to investigate.

How do you play without ai teammates? Just solo?
Go to option, gameplay, scroll all the way down and switch "Play With Teammates" to "No" ✌🏻... cheers 😬☕
