Constitution made mandatory for state responsible to provide right to Education to the citizens of india , but government has no priority and should enforce people to send their children to schools ,but govt wasting so much money on other priorities,...... Some where government is failing , ... May be majority get education and the question the government , not willing to spend on education,. In Andhra Pradesh alone 5000 govt schools shut down by chandra Babu Naidu and at present Kcr Telangana shut down 10000 govt schools , ... Only encouraging caste based occupation by government... ..it sad thing in India.
