@@YTIndustriesTV Last Friday I went ahead & Bought Uncaged 12 Capra AND the Uncaged 10 Decoy! I always wanted the Flight attendant since i seen Uncaged 6, i just wish the 12 would have had industry 9 hubs! Regardless i feel like a kid waiting for Christmas morning.. YT Rocks🤘.

quality is good, customer service has been good at least for me the last years.
@@buddlersen if you had no warranty issues how can you rate their customer service? It's good because they sent you the bike after you paid for it? :D sorry, I had capra and needed to send it back and forth 3 times so lost whole summer. Hundreds of similar stories in owner groups in facebook, they're well know for this
@onionridetv I am on my 3rd yt (capra mk2, izzo, capra mk3) now, had warranty issues with two of them (creaking fork, painting, cracked chain stay and bb issues, broken wheelsets, loose frame protection) and all were solved. It took longest in 2019, but was very okay until recently. I once even had my service done there, they replaced more than I paid for and the bike felt like new afterwards.
@@buddlersen omg so 2 of 3 YTs you owned needed warranty repair and you say it's "good quality"? what do you compare it with, supermarket bikes? :D Over last 15 years I had 10 MTBs and none of them needed a single warranty claim, capra was the only bike in my life I had problems with since day 1
