IG: couldnt I don’t discredit his fab skills but destroy or die spent years of R&D to come out with them and they’re literally the best kit available for miatas....
@@Matt_Lanzer_13 yeah i know im just saying that's why he wants to make his own, if i had started getting pretty good at fabricating i would want to as well. but for sure the destroy or die ones would work a lot better
My dude it’s an old high mileage school bus that carried a couple thousand pounds of children every day for at least a couple year, fords get that reputation because people buy them for heavy use.
My stepdad has a 2001 Ford Sport Trac, the last problem it had was blowing out a brake caliper, that was in 2018 at 196,000 miles. The truck is now at 212,000 miles and still going strong. It is an Exploder to some people, but still running the original Engine/Transmission. My stepdad does lawn maintenance and the truck pull a 3,800lb trailer load daily. I guess Gingiums luck has to do with that bus being a Powerstroke, so a $10,000 engine rebuild/bulletproofing. And with the upgraded power, the transmission finally blew because of the 500hp going through it.
O H I tell people this all the time. Fords always get bought and used and abused as work trucks. Other brands not nearly as often. And I drive a dodge that hates being just daily driven with an occasional trailer behind it.
Carl buddy even the commuter cars are garbage. For example every year and sub model of the Focus since 2010 has had at least 1 major recall. New Ford is poop.
@@RicardoPCGamer My moms 04 Explorer has almost 200k on it and is still all original, other than the rear diff being redone because of a howling noise.
Legit you are the only youtuber that actually fixes stuff and completes them. You never say “ehh at a later time im probably going to cut a hood vent or something”. You do it right NOW
I tow my miata and my E30 with a 97 4runner and i pull a heavy steel trailer. You could totally pick up a reliable high milage one for super cheap and have a good tow rig!
I think that the truck looks great! But it would look better if you filled the holes for the rear bumper and make it look like a roll pin I think it’s what they’re called
You could always buy a chevy truck to tow stuff or to have a truck bed and then youd have a donor for a swap if you want to swap an “ls” into a future car
I was disappointed when you sold the FC initially, but everything got so much better after you sold it. Your content makes me so happy and I look forward to every video, thank you so much Caleb!
If you continue to have problems with the clutches try using less friction modifier or none at all. The friction modifier actually makes it more slippery.
Is the bus on a stock transmission? Im sure that transmission is working hard since the bus itself is heavy and you are usually towing as well. Might be time for a built transmission.
i love the vents they make the already aggressive front end even more aggressive, but what if it was reverse mounted on the inside of the hood, i wonder if thatd look clean too.
The hood vents are a good idea to let the heat out, but have you thought to add a few more vents bent the other way to allow cooler air to get sucked in over the top of the engine??
If you still saw fluid coming out of the bus's transmission when you parked it, i would hope that means it's savable, been having problems with our E-150's A/C system, love Ford's and hate them simultaneously. Really enjoyed
In FH3, I used the GMC syclone to recreate this truck but they removed it in FH4... I did molly and the rally Miata though. Keep it up buddy, you have some of the most unique builds on RUclips 😁
@@alexbjarki5021 haha, I know it looks bad. Most drifters here in germany do it tho, because its cheap, works, and wont break anything. sooner than later this truck will look like it came from the wreckers, if he does drift it like he should, so no need to look good
I would say change the diff oil 2 more times to make sure all the old cheap shit is out, even if it works well now, you may as well have it as nice as possible!
I'm not understanding how those rack spacers work. You're effectively pushing the outer tie rods farther out, but then you have to adjust the tie rod the same amount shorter to keep the tire's toe-in straight. So you would end up with the same effective length from end of inner tie rod to the outer ball joint. So how does that equate to more steering angle?
Caleb you seriously need to just buy a truck to daily! Buy an old Nissan Titan or F150 that can tow the open trailer and can be a parts runner for you! I’m sure using the adventure bus to run to get supplies gets old fast. Titans are cheap, reliable and tow really well, just the paint and interior plastics suck.
im hyped to see this thing rippppp!!! quality content man !!
wtf is slaptrain doing here? 😂
Mans started on forza lollll why wouldn’t I be here ahah gingium always dropped bangers on my feed
SLAPTrain I love seeing RUclipsr comment on each other’s videos, I love both your channels🤘🏻
Tandem with ur G35 man defnitely
Ayeee its so cool seeing you watch my stuff! I wouldn't be here without the inspiration of all those POV Drifting Sim montages :)
Yeah v8 mini trucks are cool but have you ever caught a wild Audrey even for a split second being included in the video lol
its been a while
Shes still around haha their schedules dont line up for that so she aint in the vids
Adventure Bus blow up:
Gingium: *S T U N K S*
Last time I was this early gingium had hair.
last time i was this early gingium was a gaming channel
classic
If you’re using miata control arms, why not just get some destroy or die LCA’s? Adjustable, high clearance, etc
because fabium
Yuh Rudnick has those on the ricermiata

The trucks front suspension is stock b2200 with miata coilovers and a steering rack
And yet again a Ford never fails to fail

honestly though
This vs tommyfyeahs truck

The Datsun in the background 🤤🤤

Super digging the hood vent. Matches the exhaust guard perfect. All it needs now is side skirts and maybe a diffuser.
Maybe talk to Deboss garage about what transmission to use in the bus?
Yess
It looks mean, I like it, are you going to complete the body kit with some skirt or leave it like this?
Some skirt would be nice but I personally think it looks good without it
The vent is an awesome idea, good job! Matches your exhaust tips.
Most underrated channel on RUclips, I love this guys work
Hear me out, tow bar on the rally miata.
Wouldn't be the sketchiest towing vehicle I've ever seen
Finally a channel with my favorite truck!
I was disappointed when you sold the FC initially, but everything got so much better after you sold it. Your content makes me so happy and I look forward to every video, thank you so much Caleb!
Anyone else think he was eating a rubber glove at 5:36? 😂 I was so confused
finally the jdm v8
Hell yeah man!!! I street drive to all my drift events. You got this!!
Me too til I blew my clutch now she’s a trailer queen less stress when it’s hours away
GOD DAMB IM IN LOVE WITH THAT TRUCK

I love the hood vent. It's very race car.
If you don’t run any friction modifier, the limited slip will actually lock up much harder. Except it will wear the clutches quicker.
Put 2 spot welds on the inner tie rods one at the front and one on the back stops them coming loose.
You might be able to find different springs for the clutch-type diff. Not familiar with that axle but I’ve had luck with the one in my truck
Aayyyy love the sneak peak at the next video. Gets me even more hyped!
Loved that ending and teaser. Definitely a professional look to it. ❤️❤️
4:18 You need a cotter pin on the castlenut. Don’t ask me how I know🤣
You’re awesome ging, such good taste and talent!
i love the vents they make the already aggressive front end even more aggressive, but what if it was reverse mounted on the inside of the hood, i wonder if thatd look clean too.
For your heating issue, you could try a water sprayer for your radiator. Just put the water tank in the back
The hood vents are a good idea to let the heat out, but have you thought to add a few more vents bent the other way to allow cooler air to get sucked in over the top of the engine??
That hood vent😍😍😍
Upload a video struggling with the trans on the bus

Oh no a Ford that has Ford-itis. Imagine that.
Nice looking good vent
if you want that lsd to lock up more, leave out the friction modifier. its what lets the clutches slip.
Towbar on the rallymiata? AWD, 400hp 350wtq, The truck doesn't way much, Aluminum trailer. Give it a shot?
Anyone else just realize this is the first time where all cars are finished?
That's whut good truck sounds like
im a simple person i see burnout i hit like
Tube chasis🙌🙌🙌
also i'm super excited for your datsun project
Hell yeah that truck sounds so good! 🥰
Rippp clean b series hood
Love this new outro 🔥
90 w140 weight with a little lucas oil for that diff
The truck is back!!!! Yes!!
if you have a way to but the cluthes fast try chaiging them for the lsd
A cowl hood would look sick on the drift truck
Gt500 carbon clutches for the diff. You'll enjoy it much more.
I missed this thing!
another thing to get engine temps down is to lift the hood at the back mounts, just put a stack of washers between and youre good:)
No. Please no

Finally the drift truck is back 😍
Finaly the truck is back
no one:
ginginum: MORE BOOST
Can’t fucking wait to see the rally Miata caked up with dirt man
Note to self, if you get an engine check light, stop and to a quick walk around 1 or twice
If the LSD doesn't work out, maybe a quick change diff would fit the bill? More flexibility for other track uses than drifting and the street too
Drift truck is sick, change my mind
Please Manual Swap the Bus! would be one of a kind!
Wrong
we need to see molly up against the ricer miata. dig, roll, all of it
I would say change the diff oil 2 more times to make sure all the old cheap shit is out, even if it works well now, you may as well have it as nice as possible!
Yay I miss the truck AND Caleb (and axle).
That patreon outro makes me wanna become one
This is the coolest truck I kn✊🔥
Gingium the type of guy to do a 1st gear burnout
i’d love to see gingium in a powerstroke. ultimate tow rig
Love your videos 🔥
Spartan locker!

You should invest in a pickup truck to tow the trailer with when the Adventure Bus brakes
You should get a towbar on the rally miata
You need to have a chat with Mike Finnegan...he LOVES mini-trucks.
*C R Y I U M*
Copper rivets would have set that vent off
The dadson is looking pretty slick back there, any updates?
what about rally miata with a tow hitch?
More Power Baby! 😍
What radiator are you using? I know it’s from Mishimoto but I am swapping a 1uz into my Datsun 240z and am deciding on mine.
I think is Ti e to Manual Swap School bus Is my Dream 🤩
gingium has ascended with his wrench. its 2 in 1 wrench, mic and wrench

Get a zf6 speed for the bus and a twin disk and never have to deal with transmission issues
Just cut the lca 1/4in and weld the LCA to get more camber in the front.
Gingium, where did you get the louvered vent?
im curious about the hood vent you installed , where did you get it from id like to do the same thing on my truck .
Yep, that bus was not ment to tow. Time to build it up some more.
Guess it time to put a hitch on molly and tow the drift truck.
Time to get a Torsus offroad bus
3:04 Did some fans stop by lol
That was Pasha LOL
Where you get the bed cover at I need one
