For Emotions I think only the E6 whistle is really a problem because she can still easily do the shortened arrangement (1 chorus 1 verse) live up to the whistle in the current key, barring Christmas 2022. For the whistle it also seems like it's not how high it is, but the fact that it needs to be super well-timed and properly sustained that makes it difficult for her. If there's a way to slow down the verse significantly and make more space for her to prepare for the whistle, she could probably manage something similar to the Caution 2019 whistles like you know how she usually tests her whistles nowadays with a little squeak before actually going for the note nowadays
