i died in the middle of wave 25 and i only had 1B dmg, how does he have 2B in wave 26? does overkill dmg count? for example if enemy has 3m hp and my unit does 4m dmg, do i get 3m dmg points in the tournament or 4m dmg points?
he had 6 limit breaks meaning he has 30% damage boost. 5% for one unit with a limit break. not to mention the increased stats he has since he has 10 more levels.

how do you get the buff numbers?
it's on settings. try experimenting on infinite once you turned on the right setting you'll see the buff numbers on your units
