I have been wanting to do chocolate milk. I need to hide it from my kids so I can actually have some to freeze dry.
I am thinking that this is a good way to use that 2nd gallon of milk from the Costco 2 packs
Do you mind sharing where you got the silicone mats? I have some but not that thin.

Do you mind sharing the weights? I’m a baker and do almost everything on my scale using grams.
Use a frothier to mix it.
I have tried blending milk and it gets too hot and seems to attract moisture. That seems to hold true for anything I blended.
The other thing I have done is to put the dry milk in a gallon ziplock bag, remove the air, and then use a rolling pin to powder it.
