How was the rust color decided? It works. The open space has upgraded a mere garden or open space into a palatial courtyard.

The obsession with sharp corners is indicative of a complete separation from a domestically lived reality. If concrete is to be something that the proletariat is not simply subjected to it should be formed to be pleasing, by rounding out corners, and rejecting minimalism. These interior spaces look to me like an underpass or a parking garage, a place not fit for human habitation. This harsh aspect may be fitting for the wealthy, who must simulate an otherwise nullified hardship, but a tragedy is occurring. This style is being adopted by us. Let the rich hide their constructed hardship so that their style will never plague the common man. Imagine every fabulous mansion furnished with a prison cell, a hose, and one stainless steel toilet all in place of a bathroom. This way the cold ass cheeks of the wealthy can cleanse their souls in private.
