    how do you setup heyflow and text magic so there are automated SMS messages going out? also, are you paying a monthly subscription for EACH client for heyflow?

      Use Zapier to setup the automation. We use an agency subscription unless the client wants access then we may setup their own account.

    This is very interesting.
    In my experience almost every lead that we do not call end up not showing up. So even if they say they don't want to get called, we try.

      Exactly! 100% Agree. Lead generation relies on outbound calls. In the forms we use even if they ask to be contacted via SMS - our automated SMS asks when's the best time to call them.

      Cheers Ian! Honestly give it a go, it cleaned up the leads really well. In fact for someone we just implemented this for on Jan 31st - they haven't had a fake number the whole month of Feb so far and one of their best months.

    How are you delegating the leads? Is this Lead Gen for multiple businesses or just running campaigns for one business?
    Do you switch the destination numbers in WC or how are the leads split up and delivered to the service providers?

      Thanks for the comment. We're not a lead gen provider, so we work 121 with businesses to manage their campaigns. I hope that helps explain :)

    What crm you use to handle and send automated sms to leads. Please suggest

      We don't use a CRM, we just create an automation between our landing page software and a tool called TextMagic to send auto SMS. Super simple.

    Lead generation is not just abiut the quantity of leads, its even more important to have giod quality leads. If you have crappy lead you will spend a lot of time with them and still wont close them

      All business are different but the sweet spot lies between quantity and quality.
      The point of the video is to enhance lead conversion.

      Totally! A starting point for a good quality lead is being able to contact them. Having a legit phone number massively helps with this.
