Noooo! Now is not the time for mergers. Inflation and recession!!
When there isn’t one there is the other one, and where things are “booming” it’s because there is a “bubble”. I believe the right time will always be to buy cheap. At $4.50/pound this wouldn’t be cheap but Anglo stock is hammered and premium offered isn’t nonsense (~15%) so.. might make sense economically for shareholders and for us in general well.. who knows
