For someone who eats 10,000 calories a day, only being allowed 850 is a nightmare. I typically eat around 2,800 calories a day for maintenance levels, and if I was only allowed 850 calories I would have to eat only low calorie veggies and protein shakes or I would be violently hungry 850 calories a day for one week would result in me losing 4 lbs.
