Great to find you both, this is the exact rig that I will buy, mid 2025 and I have ZERO experience with a RV so, as you learn and post, I will too. :-)
Thanks for tuning in and yeah, we agree, it really is a great rig for adventures! Let me know when you get yours and maybe we’ll see ya out on the road sometime. 👍👍
Thank you so much! 🙏 Praying for clarity and direction as you consider the Ekko-it’s been such a blessing for us. If you have any questions or want to know more about our experience, feel free to ask!
Hi guys! Couple of things. First, put the little flap behind the cushion when you make the lounge. Don’t leave the van with the awning out. Quick gust will get it before the sensor brings it in. Put a couple of long zip ties in bedroom cabinets for when (not if) the windows malfunction. We love ours & hope you enjoy yours. 💜
@@MarkandNicole Southern California! We bought our new RV last year, fun but a lot of working shaking it down and getting to know the ends and out of it along as well as outfitting it for your specific needs/wants with first time RVing. BUT what a blessing indeed!!!
Btw there is a company and RUclips channel called freedomvango that upfits ekkos really nice mods especially if you plan on boondocking, things like suspension, front bumper etc, good luck guys
Cool! I think I’ve seen them on YT or from some other RVrs who have had things upgraded. I have a feeling like the Jeeps we have, will end up making some mods for sure. Thanks for the tip!
Great video. We are in the final stages of van selection. We like the Ekko for all the reasons cited and for how we will use. That said, when we drove a Transit Ekko, the road noise was loud. It was moderately windy that day. We actually put up the cab divider partition which did help. We just learned about the Sprinter Ekko and it fits our requirements even better than the Transit Ekko. Can you comment on road noise? Do you have to talk louder than a "regular" van? Can you play music or podcasts without having to turn the volume very high? Thanks in advance.
@@AnnettePaulus Road noise isn’t too bad on the sprinter Ekko. You’ll need to make sure things are secured well and the cabinet latches are secure, but other than that, only noise we found was when it’s windy.
@@AnnettePaulus Also, I see some people upgrade their wheels and suspension like in a jeep and we’ll probably do this in the near future for a smoother ride and better off-road handling
@@DCtr81 Floor mats are from Inhabit design and they are hands down the best on the market . We just used twin long sheets and they work fine. I think they also sell bunk bed sheets that’ll work too
Are the Selenite grey Ekkos only available at Litchin RV in Iowa ? Love that solid one color version ! Following you guys as we are leaning towards purchasing a Sprekko ourselves.
I don’t think so, but since they’re limited edition, and because Lichtsinn is close to the Winnebago factory they snatched most of them up. Chances are you could find one, but here in Colorado, we didn’t have any luck when we looked.
Beautiful couple 👫
@@penguinpringles Aww ☺️ Thank you so much for the kind words.
Great job showing Mr. B!! You're right, RVing is the best way to see this country.❤

I've had a bunch of different RVs, but my favorite was my 24' class C. Congratulations on getting it right the FIRST time!🎉
Thanks for the encourage for making a good choice. We know we have a lot to learn, but super excited the Ekko is our first.
Awesome tour, love the bedding! 🦌 ✌️
@@ekkonesters599 Thank you! 😊🙌
Congratulations guys! I really love this RV, hope I could get it one day and travelling around this beautiful country.
Thank you. They’ll probably keep refining them and making them better and better, so when you do get one, it’ll be awesome!!

You are a blessing. I’m considering/praying about an Ekko. Just need the “go ahead” from the Lord.

Wow! These are all some really great tips! Thanks so much. But, I’m not sure about the flap. What little flap?
@ I’ll send you a picture in a bit. It protects the cushion from the table bracket. Gray with a magnet in the top.
Enjoyed your intro to Mr. B. Congratulations safe travels, Lord willing, maybe we will run into each other on the road💕
Thank you and thanks for watching 🙌 Cool to meet up with you sometime. Where you based out of?

Nice one.
Thank you for taking the time to watch. 😊
What brand are the floor mats? And what bed sheets fit the beds? I just got mine and I am trying to upgrade some stuff.
Thanks and great video.
