I don’t know where you’re located, but they are touring the USA right now. First off, you are pronouncing Leonid’s name wrong. It is Leo-nid, not Lennon (at least, that’s how it sounds). I’ve seen them many times, and travel whenever I can to see them, and they’ve become wonderful friends. They are all classically trained musicians, and Leonid is a musical and technical genius. In the beginning, he didn’t have the sheet music in Russia, so he transcribed every instrumental and vocal part strictly by ear, making certain that even the voice in any solo part sounded as much like the original as possible. This is an amazing feat in itself. You are right, they are destined for success as their tour concerts are mostly sold out; it’s becoming difficult to get tickets. Their tickets are from $25 to $95; any other add on is from the ticket agencies, which is terrible, I think. These are friendly, happy, kind people who want to spread friendship between our countries and always mention that at their shows.
They perform the songs as heard on the album’s or records. Usually if people go to concerts of their favorite band, it doesn’t sound like the record. This group does!! Each time, it sounds great and most of the time, better than the original! Great great band!!
Well said! I hope you will react to their version of "Wishing You Were Here" - that song by 'Chicago' was a very special one. I hope you would react. Thank you.
Saw the group in The Villages, FL a couple of weeks ago. Was excited I had 2nd row seats from the stage. BIG MISTAKE! It was listening to everybody all at the same sound levels. NUTS. Watching the videos is much more enjoyable.
Saw them a year ago and had the same experience. Going to see them again in about 2 weeks and made sure to get seats much farther from the stage. And in a venue with a much better sound system.
Saw them in Durham NC. Fantastic. I had the same issue with the acoustics in the theatre. Next time I am getting seats in the orchestra so I can hear them better. Will be going to see them every time they come to NC.!!!
Thanks for this, John. This band is fabulous, and that's quite an admission from a first order Foxes & Fossils fan! I'll be in Lancaster, PA in about 2 weeks to see them perform live. Can't wait!
Hey Mike how are you buddy. Going to be a little while before my show is back. At the moment me and my family are currently living with relatives. Our landlord sold the property we were renting from...well the rest is a little dreary at the moment. Brother I'm so happy for you my friend. And I'm so grateful for the brief conversations I had with Scott on FB Messenger. I feel so blessed that Ross has kept in touch with me. Darwin is another person I'm deeply grateful for. And to all the future episodes when I come back. Hopefully I will have the honor of interviewing Leonid next season, whenever that Is. Keep us in your prayers brother. God bless you sir.
@@jemntertainment Doing well, John. Sounds like you're having some unwelcome excitement. I'll keep you in my prayers. Hang tough. I'm sure everything will work itself out for the best.
I grew up in Lancaster, PA! Good times! John, sorry to hear of your unwanted relocation, hope you find a more permanent situation soon, I know what it's like...be well!
John, Ksenia's name is pronounced "SEEN-yah." She has a degree in international finance, and is fluent in seven languages, including Mandarin! She's also a talented pianist.
Most people doing reaction videos have at least one strength... either they are a vocal coach, an experienced guitarist, someone fluent in music theory, key changes, different time signatures, or at least have a colorful vocabulary or deep emotion. Please tell me what this gentleman's strengths are. Thanks.
Dude - it's pronounced Leo-nid! Not Lenid! 🤣And the two ladies: In the white is Ksenia, a permanent part of the group, international singing star in her own right, and a model. The other lovely lady is Irina, who is married to the drummer and a wonderful singer of her own!
Yes I do appreciate all the flack I got over mispronouncing his name. Their recreations of all those classic hits from Chicago, Earth Wind and fire. In two words.... Simply Amazing! Thanks for stopping by..Be well
Great version of a great Stevie Wonder song!
Michael did fantastic...the entire band is awesome!.. and... can never get enough of Ksenia!
Ksenia is a goddess. I'm surprised that someone like David Foster hasn't been ringing her doorbell.

I think they should’ve let The lady in the white shirt sing this but I like it

Geez. Some people are just "super-people".
Actually, the "K" in Ksenia is pronounced in the Russian language. She's also the sweetest young lady I have ever met!
💙💙💙 ... great musicians and the singer is awesome ... btw ... where is Michael from ? ...
Best "Tribute Band " in the WORLD!! (Chicago) John, Thanks Buddy!! Yes in the World!! John, where is 98.5 and what are their Call Letters?
LEE-UH-NED !
@@jeffreyjacobs390 And then?
The band name is not pronounced "Leonard" .. it is "Lee o nid" or "Lee o need" ... Leonid deserves all the respect his name garnishes ...
