I have never had an infection using this. And for anyone that is wondering about digging in the sand, you can dig in the sand, but no deeper than the knees of the smallest person in the group. Ooh, the retinol on the neck. I got that! I treated it like a burn and it eventually came right. I stopped using it on my neck and made sure just to use it on my face. If you really want to use it on your neck, you may need to start with a really low concentration diluted with moisturiser and work your way up slowly.

This family is an exception!! Raising a baby is a cakewalk….nobody ever said!!! Some people may find it easy, it really depends… even though my child probably is one of the easiest but these little humans take time and patience… as they get used to the world, it’s challenging for them as well as for parents.. if you’ve a family that’s supportive, go for it…. If it’s going to be all you and your partner, make sure you make arrangement for postpartum support at least.. rest of the journey is same for all!!

Currently I’m taking antidepressants and struggling with some mental conditions but I want to be a mom and wife like you someday in the future. Before you become a mother, just be certain that you find a partner that will be supportive and will make a patient and willing parent alongside you on your journey. I have found that power walking and meditation helps my depression. Cheers!

Try some frozen fruit, it isn't just for smoothies. We had frozen strawberries, blueberries even in our cereal and oatmeal growing up. But I'm 63 so that was a lifetime ago, so much was not available in the produce section like it is today. Love the frozen mango medley lately. You are not out anything just trying it once, it may be a hit and will help you subsidize with the fresh fruit.😊❤

Retin A or Tretinoin is very harsh on the thin skin of the neck. I suffer from the same issues as you so the dermatologist advised me to use OTC retinol products on my neck; you will see benefits but over a longer period of time. I have been able to use Tretinoin on my neck once a week but only after building up a tolerance by using the much milder OTC products. Hope this helps. Hello from Central Florida.

I prob would say don’t put retinol on your neck…especially if you’re sensitive and live in a cold dry climate etc. it’s way too aggressive for that thin skin of the neck that you’re just asking for a lot of irritation. If you really want to keep it up then make sure you aren’t putting it on when your skin is damp whatsoever. After you wash your face or shower allow your skin to dry for like 30 mins before you apply a retinol or tretinoin. This will help reduce the likelihood for irritation. You can also try applying your moisturizer and serums etc and then waiting a bit and then putting the retinol on top of it, this will help to prevent too much of that retinol getting into your skin and causing irritation. You’ll still get the benefits so don’t worry about that it just won’t be as “intense” as putting it on first. Lastly, CeraVe healing ointment or Cicaplast balm even butt paste are your best friend right now! Slather that ish on your neck and face and you’ll get instant relief. You can even slather on some Vaseline on top of that to really baby your skin. 👍💞 🐘

I too was a mermaid and had ear infections. I use a bit of hydrogen peroxide after swimming and viola the water drains out.
