The numbers were way off, not just by a zero or a typo, but by several thousands. Did the Auditor’s office mess with the Council on purpose? Did the Auditor’s office and the Commissioners work together to cause problems for the Council? Why hasn’t any other department reported budget issues? Something to think about. It’s good the Council had the documents to show Sheriff Goodin and figure out the situation.
