I'm guessing that elements heavier than iron have to be formed in supernovas.

I wonder if the planets colour has a greenish tinge now

Highly unlikely, Barium produces a green color when it deflagrates; similar to copper. Though it was detected by it's spectral emissions I believe, I couldn't find anything using 3 minutes of Googlefu other than approx 390nm being the emissions during deflagratation or the burning of it in an atmosphere of oxygen. So that helps alot, ehh.
The citations in the description of the video don't show anything of any substance other than probable self promotion.

@@walkingcontradiction223 really fascinating. Seeing that the planet is also super heated. Thanks for doing some research for me. ....btw like your Cowboy Bebop profile pic.

Could we have an arxiv link or any other peer to peer reviewed science paper please ? thx

It's just barium? Aww, I thought they found 119 or something. Still fascinating though.

Com esta impressionante descoberta ...poderemos questionar se nestes planetas extra solares estarão outros elemenos da nossa tabela periódica e com mais frequência!! São pesados ... no entanto estese planetas não terão outros elementos desconhecidos para nós?!

    Barium? I hardly know 'em!

I got to know Barium quite well when I had appendicitis, tastes like crap and makes you do the same.

Are there other Elements not detected in Exoplanets?

The barium probably originated from a supernova many millions or billions of years ago.

most probable cause is that someone in that gas giant were so obsessed with firing fireworks. a common sense from non scientist person.
