tried this and i was so impressed with the texture. It’s soft, alittle dense, and has a chew to it. It’s extremely moist!! I think what attributed to this was the 5% yogurt I used. Great recipe, thank you for sharing 🙏🏼

Yes the oil that he mentioned is way too much …it made my cake super oily

You can also use an oven if you have one. I made this recipe and put it in the oven at 175 for approx 35 mins

This looks amazing . But i have a doubt , why does the cake tastes better when you use convection mode rather than using micro mode
I think it's because convection mode bakes cake slowly from the edges to the center and microwave bakes it all together

I thought vanilla essence was always required. Good to know this one doesn't require any!
Actually it's eggless cake so there's no need for vanilla essence but for egg cakes vanilla essence is required to get rid of smell.
