So many are talking about how this drama and donghuaa has no difference, but if they make it differently those people will still complain that they changed the whole story and now they made it same with some improvements they are still complaining, if you dont like it just watch donghuaa then , why are you wasting your time on picking up fault in this. There are also some people who are comparing actors to donghua characters and saying they are to old to paly the roles, again if you don't like the actors and their acting just stop watching and watch what you like to watch no one is forcing you to watch this drama. That is basic cinematography, she should be shot from below to make her look powerful. The good thign is that the main character took his role seriously and at least he can wield a hammer, Xiao zhan couldnt even use a knife.

Is Xiaowu older? She must be if she’s able to obtain human form. Then why is she so weak? Compared to Da-ming and Er-ming, who the humans are even afraid off. But Xiao-wu appears to be easy to capture though she should be more powerful.
It's explained in the Donghua version, I've not yet watched the live action. So, the soul beasts like Daming and Erming are very powerful when they are soul beasts, but when they take human forms like Tan San's mother and Xiao Wu, they have to start their journey from the beginning and their progression is much more difficult than human beings... That's why Xiao Wu is weaker than Daming Erming, in the beginning
