@@Woofy-u9y kaya nga eh, katawa. retired na ako at si mrs ko namn ay magre-retire na rin in few years pero yung mortgage namin at 18yrs pa. but its okay, investment namn yun at ibebenta na namin. at least kumita din kami ng more than $800k sa capital gain. pwede ng baon yun plus yung retirement pension namin na $5184/mo sa pag retire sa Pinas.
