A little video tour of a shop in Chiang Mai where you can buy all sorts of Muay Thai Gear. You can read more about it on my blog:
The map at the end of the video has the store labeled as "Sport Land" which is inaccurate. The name of the store seems to be Mai Thum Nuak with a street address of 161/5 Prapokklaw Rd

bag gloves are good for pads and bag only, 16 0z gloves are good for sparring, 6-10 oz gloves are for fighting

what would be a good camera you recommend for the vlogging parts (easy to flip around and film yourself) - I use a DSLR with cinema lenses for my commission work but idk what to use to start vlogging - nice store I cant wait to go to thailand - saving up now

Baggloves are just a single piece of foam.
I would guess they are around 4 oz.
