It is wonderful that churches like yours are bringing in David Barton. We can and must learn the history of our American Founders that has not been taught in our ungodly public schools for more than 70 years.
The Declaration and the Constitution are based on Biblical principles.
Nonsense, the USA is a, secular, republic, based on democracy, with a constitution.
'Your' 'so-called' biblical principles are, even just, copied/copied from practices from older 'civilizations'.
'ungodly public schools?'
'Your' 'god' is your 'hobby', public schools are schools for the public or for everyone, regardless of their philosophy of life or religious orientation.
Barton isnt a real historian. his lone academic credential is a bachelor’s degree in religious education from Oral Roberts University. Barton’s 2012 book on Thomas Jefferson was recalled by Thomas Nelson, the world’s largest Christian publisher, for its countless inaccuracies, a panel of 10 conservative Christian academics who reviewed Barton’s body of work in the aftermath ripped the entirety of his scholarship to shreds. You are listening to a man whose work was found by one of America’s foremost conservative theologians to include “embarrassing factual errors, suspiciously selective quotes, and highly misleading claims.”

Even Jefferson's letter reassurance to a Baptist minister that there was a separation of church and state meaning the Government is not going to infringe on your beliefs or prevent you from participating in government. Not like lefty liars want. Separation does not mean secularism. But lefty liars just make it up as they go . Barton made a few mistakes however he also points out tons of facts from original documents and letters that is intentionally left out to push the lie that we need to remove God and religion from everything. Seriously? What do you Christian haters and bigots think "or prohibit free exercise thereof " means? Don't deny the lie from the left with it's attempt to remove any references to the influence Christianity had in our Founding. Or that all the 200 Founders were all diests. To do so is a bigger lie than any mistake Barton made

Also the NYT activists Journalist who wrote the complete revisionist history called The 1619 Project is ok with you lefty liars and put in school. Do you know how many historians came out to debunk those lies? Probably not because then lefty liars accused them of being racist for stating the obvious.

“Special Grace” is a different/separate Grace that is given specifically to those have “received the Grace and Mercy, (Forgiveness) of the Lord Jesus Christ…” from John 1:12-13

@seanvogel8067 Yes. Got to meet them a couple years ago at American Heritage Journey they do with Glenn Beck in Arlington TX. They are super nice. My son loves American history. Tim took around 20 minutes to talk 1-on-1 with my son to answer questions and help him dig deeper with his understanding

@@nicholassgouros8612and I am not historian however I can read and research original documents that left leaning lying historians intentionally leave out to push their agenda. Barton may have made mistakes however I can point to accredited historians that have done worse. Howard Zinn comes to mind
