Great tips! I know that previous years they have done a sale for international women’s day in the U.S. usually the beginning of March, when the entire store has a percentage off on everything but for the past 2 years they have not done it maybe due to covid? Do you think they will do it this year?

I don't know tbh. I wouldn't count on it and it wasn't super advertised the two years they did run it it was only in store and the discount was to represent the wage gap between men and women. I think too many people find out about it too so I kinda doubt they'll bring it back.

What is the return policy on final sale items if I have the tag but not the tag inside the pants

That should be fine if the rip tag just fell off. Which is the inside tag. Regular return policy applies which would be store credit or exchange for markdown items

It would depend on the store's decision as technically that's way outside of the 30 day return policy.
